Admitted to the Philippine Bar in 1975, his distinguished career spans over five decades of dedicated practice, including early service with the Labor Regulations Office of the Department of Labor & Employment. A trusted authority in corporate labor matters, he serves as retained labor counsel for numerous corporations and major institutions, including International Container Terminal Services, Inc. (ICTSI), Solaire Resort and Casino, and the Philippine Chinese General Hospital and Medical Center. Beyond his corporate advocacy, Professor Jimeno is a prominent figure in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), serving as a Supreme Court-Accredited Appellate Court Mediator since 2000 and actively participating in high-level national and international mediation forums.
