Atty. Michael David started his legal career with the firm, then known as Jimeno Jalandoni & Cope Law Offices. Because of his deep commitment and loyalty to the firm since 2001, he rose through the ranks to solidify his place as a name partner of what is now known as Jimeno Cope & David Law Offices.

Atty. David is a seasoned legal professional with over two decades of experience across diverse areas of practice. He specializes in Intellectual Property Law, alongside an extensive background in comprehensive litigation and trial work spanning civil, criminal, and administrative cases. His expertise also includes labor law —specifically compulsory and voluntary arbitration and collective bargaining negotiations — as well as the procurement of government contracts for services.

Atty. David earned his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Santo Tomas (UST) Faculty of Civil Law in 2001, building upon a foundation in Legal Management from the UST Faculty of Arts and Letters in 1997. His multi-faceted practice makes him a versatile advocate equipped to handle complex legal challenges from corporate boardrooms to the courtroom.
